NOTICE TO ALL UNIT OWNERS OF THE HIGHLANDER HOA:

At the Annual Meeting of the Highlander HOA in April, there was a unanimous vote of the Association regarding an annual pet fee.
 
Beginning August 1st, 2017 a $20.84 (twenty dollars and 84/100) per month fee will be added to your account to be paid with your monthly HOA dues.

The fee is 1/12th of a $250.00/year fee being charged to units that have pets.  The fee will cover the additional maintenance costs paid to clean up behind the pets.
 
If you wish to pay the $250.00 in one lump sum you may contact the management office to set up that transaction (credit cards are accepted with an additional 2% credit card service fee). Call (225)644-7760 Lane Real Estate, ask for Nan Riffe.

Barbeque Pits are a FIRE HAZARD.

DO NOT use any type of barbeque pit within 10’ (ten feet) of the building.  In addition, DO NOT place the barbeque pits on the walkways or anywhere foot traffic is inevitable.  If damage is caused by such use of the barbeque pits close to the building, the owner of the unit will be held responsible.
